Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)

Goals for FY 2009

The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) proposed its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal for Fiscal Year 2009 of 18% for the Department of Transportation Funded Projects.

A description of the goal methodology is available for the public to observe for thirty (30) days following publication of this notice, between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.  Copies of the DBE goal and methodology are available by contacting or writing:
