Due to the closure of Larned between St. Antoine and I-375, Routes 255, and 830 will be on detour effective immediately until further notice, as follows:

Eastbound:  Regular route to Larned. End route at Larned and Brush stop.

Westbound:  Will operate on regular route.

Due to the closure of Larned between St. Antoine and I-375, Routes 620 Charlevoix, and 635 East Jefferson will be on detour effective immediately until further notice, as follows:

Northbound:  Regular route to eastbound Larned, right Beaubien, left Jefferson Ave past Rivard, regular route.

Southbound: Will operate on regular route.

Construction on northbound Southfield Rd between Allen Rd and I-94 has been completed. Therefore, the following northbound bus stops will be reopened effective immediately.

Beginning Monday, January 13, 2025, Route 740 12 Mile will begin serving a new bus stop within Twelve Oaks Mall’s parking lot! The new bus platform is along the outer ring road of Twelve Oaks, southeast of McDonalds. New directions are as follows:

Eastbound: Regular route to eastbound 12 Mile Rd, right first driveway into Twelve Oaks by McDonalds, left outer roadway to bus platform, follow outer roadway to second driveway, left driveway back to 12 Mile, right 12 Mile, resume route.

Westbound: Regular route to westbound 12 Mile, left turnback at Novi Road to EB 12 Mile, right driveway into Twelve Oaks by McDonalds, left outer roadway to bus platform, follow outer roadway to second driveway, left driveway back to 12 Mile, right 12 Mile, left next turnback to WB 12 Mile, resume route.

Service to the mall stop is from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; passengers wishing to ride in this area outside those hours may board or deboard at 12 Mile & Novi in both directions.

Due to construction on westbound 10 Mile Rd/I-696 Service Dr just west of Woodward Ave, Route 730 Ten Mile Crosstown will be on detour beginning Monday, January 13, 2025 until further notice, as follows:

Westbound:  Regular route to southbound Woodward Ave Zoo stop, right 10 Mile Rd/I-696 Service Dr, left entrance ramp to I-696, right Exit 14 (Coolidge Hwy/10 Mile Rd), regular route.

Eastbound:  Will operate on regular route.

Beginning Monday, January 6, 2025, Route 261 FAST Michigan will now serve 14^th Street outside Michigan Central Station!

Newly served FAST stops are located as follows:

Eastbound:  Just before Michigan & 14^th Street, at Roosevelt Park.

Westbound: Just past Michigan & 14^th Street, outside the old CPA Building.

Effective January 6, 2025, Route 730 10 Mile has new extended AM and PM hours on weekdays. Runtimes have also been adjusted for improved on-time performance.

Effective Thursday, December 12, the bus stops on westbound Michigan Ave just east of Wayne Rd will no longer be served by Route 210 buses. Only Route 200 buses will serve this stop.

Passengers desiring to board/deboard westbound Route 210 buses in this area may do so on Michigan Ave and 2^nd, or Wayne Rd north of Michigan Ave.

Due to road construction on M53 north of 18 Mile Rd, trips on Route 510 may run behind at times, especially during rush hour until further notice. Your patience during this time is appreciated.

Passengers should consider taking earlier trips when they must reach their destination at a specific time.

Due to the closure of Lakeside Mall the bus stop at the mall entrance as well as the stop on eastbound Hall Rd east of Schoenherr will be closing on Monday, October 21, 2024.  Routes 510 Van Dyke, 530 Schoenherr, and 550 Garfield will no longer pull up to Lakeside Mall but will instead use the stops on Southcove Drive at Kohl’s and McDonald’s as their starting and ending points.  Routes will be redirected to these stops as follows:

Northbound 510 Van Dyke: Regular route to Schoenherr Rd, right Schoenherr Rd, left turn back past Southcove Dr (fourth turn back from Hall) to northbound Schoenherr Rd, right Southcove Dr, end route at stop on eastbound Southcove Dr at McDonald’s.

Southbound 510 Van Dyke: Begin route at stop on westbound Southcove Dr at Kohl’s, right Schoenherr Rd, right Hall Rd, left first turn back to westbound Hall Rd, regular route.

Northbound 530 Schoenherr: Regular route to eastbound Southcove Dr, end route on Southcove Dr at McDonald’s stop.

Southbound 530 Schoenherr: Begin route at stop on westbound Southcove Dr at Kohl’s, regular route.

Northbound 550 Garfield: Regular route to westbound Shoreline Dr, left Lakeside Circle, left Southcove Dr, end route at Kohl’s stop.

Southbound 550 Garfield: Begin route on westbound Southcove Dr at Kohl’s stop, right Schoenherr Rd, right Waterbury Dr, right Lakeside Circle, right Shoreline Dr, regular route.

Due to construction in the vicinity of eastbound Jefferson Ave at Mill, the eastbound bus stop located in this area has been temporarily closed, effective immediately.

Due to construction on the MLK Blvd bridge, the railroad crossing on South Blvd at Sanford, and on Square Lake Rd, Route 796 buses will be on detour effective Monday, August 19, 2024 until further notice as follows:

Eastbound: Regular route to southbound MLK Blvd, left South Blvd, right Centerpoint Pkwy to bus stop just west of Opdyke Rd.

Westbound: From layover left Opdyke Rd, left South Blvd, right MLK Blvd, regular route.

Due to gas line work on eastbound 9 Mile Rd just east of Hoover Rd, the bus stop at this location will be temporarily relocated 250 ft eastward effective Monday, April 1, 2024, until further notice.

Due to the Construction on southbound Fort just south of Outer Dr, the bus stop just south of Outer Dr will be temporarily closed, effective immediately until further notice.

Due to construction at the corner of Maryland and Jefferson Ave, the bus stop on southbound Maryland north of Jefferson Ave has been temporarily relocated 100 ft northward, effective Monday, July 31, 2023 until further notice.

Due to road construction on Gratiot Ave between 14 Mile Rd and Wellington Crescent, the following bus stops will be temporarily closed, beginning Monday April 10, 2023 until further notice.
